meaning the joy of living in memory of Poway teen Chelsea King who brutally lost her life when kidnapped in that very park while jogging.&nbsp;The event was a project of Chelsea&#8217;s Light Foundation, which was created as a vehicle for scholarships and community work in her honor.<\/p>\nThe Team<br>\nJohn Quigley \/ <a href=\"http:\/\/spectralq.com\/Home.html\">Spectral Q<\/a> &#8211;
